The Special Defense Unit of the Future Movement of Kurdistan is a national, organized, and professional force. This force is directly supervised by the General Supervisor.
Section One: Principles of Military Discipline
1. Obedience and Command: Executing military orders from the chain of command without question is a fundamental condition of membership.
2. Chain of Command: Respecting the military hierarchy and not bypassing levels when reporting or receiving orders.
3. Protection of Secrets: Safeguarding military, technical, and operational information within red lines; disclosing them is considered a national betrayal.
4. Military Ethics: Adherence to human values, protecting the dignity of citizens, and avoiding any behavior that tarnishes the image of the force.

5. Protection of Equipment: Safeguarding weapons, ammunition, and military equipment as public property and using them only for official purposes.

1. Promotion: The right of every Peshmerga and officer to have their military rank promoted based on competence, length of service, and loyalty.
2. Logistical Support: Provision of the best quality weapons, uniforms, food, and modern military necessities to facilitate the execution of duties.
3. Legal Protection: The movement is committed to providing legal defense and protecting the rights of its members while performing official duties.
4. Health and Social Services: Provision of comprehensive health insurance for the fighter and their family, along with a worthy salary and allowance that ensures a dignified life.
5. Leave and Vacation: Organizing leave and vacation schedules in a way that creates a balance between personal life and military duty.

1. Any negligence in duty performance or violation of discipline will be subject to a military investigation committee.
2. Penalties range from (warning, demotion, salary deduction) up to (dismissal from the force and prosecution) depending on the severity of the violation.
