Introduction:
The Special Defense Unit of the Kurdistan Future Movement is a national, organized, and professional force. The operational foundation of this force is based on the principles of strict discipline, loyalty to the land and people, and adherence to the movement's strategy. These regulations serve as an applied military charter for organizing internal affairs and defining the boundaries of authority and responsibilities. This force is directly supervised by the General Supervisor.
Section One: Principles of Military Discipline
1. Obedience and Command: Executing military orders from the chain of command without hesitation is a fundamental condition of membership.
2. Chain of Command: Respecting the military hierarchy and not bypassing levels when reporting or receiving orders.
3. Safeguarding Secrets: Protecting military, technical, and operational information within red lines; disclosing them is considered national treason.

2. Protecting Sovereignty: Defending the land and supreme interests of Kurdistan and protecting the strategic institutions of the movement.
3. Training and Exercises: Active participation in military courses and continuous development of skills in marksmanship, tactics, and military technology.
4. Guard and Protection Duty: Performing guard and protection duties for internal security with complete precision and vigilance.
5. Safeguarding Equipment: Protecting weapons, ammunition, and military equipment as public property and using them only for official purposes.

1. Promotion: The right of every Peshmerga and officer to have their military rank promoted based on competence, length of service, and loyalty.
2. Logistical Support: Provision of the best quality weapons, uniforms, food, and modern military necessities to facilitate the execution of duties.
3. Legal Protection: The movement is committed to providing legal defense and protecting the rights of its members while performing official duties.
4. Health and Social Services: Provision of comprehensive health insurance for the fighter and their family, along with a worthy salary and allowance that ensures a dignified life.
5. Leave and Vacation: Scheduling of leave and vacations in a way that creates a balance between personal life and military duty.

1. Any negligence in duty performance or violation of discipline will be subject to a military investigation committee.
2. Penalties range from (warning, demotion, salary deduction) to (dismissal from the force and prosecution) depending on the severity of the violation.
